A Field of View (FOV) review is completed is only if an ‘Out of Range,’ ‘END,’ and/or ‘START’ tag was previously applied during the tagging process, and after all images in an image set have been tagged.
It is easiest to think of the image FOV tags as bookmarks applied during the manual tagging. These bookmark tags are then used to confirm exactly when the camera’s Field of View changed by reviewing the images again, but this time, in reverse chronological order (i.e., last photo taken to first photo taken) and with any auto-hidden images included (i.e., all images are included; motion-triggered, time-lapsed, auto-tagged).
To complete a Field of View review:
- Locate the image FOV tag(s) applied during the tagging process; images FOV tags will have a yellow triangle across them, such as . If you can’t locate them on the first page, click the “…” between the page numbers.
- Click on the page with the first yellow triangle and locate the last image taken within the desired Field of View, which will occur to the right of the image marked with the “END” tag as images are in reverse chronological order.
- Select the last good image, open the tagging form, and confirm that the “End – Last Good Image in FOV” tag is selected from the Field of View drop-down menu.
4) Once you’ve done so, click on the button in the top right-hand corner.
